How much will my project cost?

The metal projects at Bow Creek Metal vary greatly in their complexity and the amount of time and material that are required to complete the job. Each project is estimated based on amount of material and time it will take to complete. Each project is different. Please contact us to get an estimated cost of your specific project.

Can you weld stainless steel and aluminum?

Bow Creek Metal welders are able to weld both stainless steel and aluminum projects.

Can you bend pipe?

Bow Creek Metal is able to bend pipe up to 2.5" in diameter.

What are your payment options?

Bow Creek Metal offers credit terms to those companies and individuals that complete the appropriate qualification process and properly maintain their account with us. We also offer the options of paying by Visa, MasterCard, check or cash. We thank you for your prompt payment and continued business.

What if I am uncertain of the gauge of material that I need?

Our metal manufacturing experts have years of experience working with custom metal projects like yours. We offer assistance in choosing the correct gauge of material for your specific project and will gladly make recommendations to meet your project needs.

What is the average lead time for a metal project?

Much like the price, lead time will vary considerably based on the complexity of the project and the amount of material needed. One of our metal fabrication experts can help you determine the appropriate lead time for all of your custom metal projects, site furnishing orders and industrial powder coating projects.

Can I have metal pieces customized with our company logo?

At Bow Creek Metal and Tuff Go, if you can dream it up, we can fabricate it. Customize metal projects and site furnishings with company names and logos, school names and mascots, themed scenes, names or other personalized monograms. The options are endless!

What type of material do you work with?

At Bow Creek Metal and Tuff Go, we work with a versatile range of materials, depending on your metal project. Our team is highly experienced with mild steel, aluminum, stainless steel, T1 steel, stress proof, 4140 and heat treatable metal. Please contact us with your specific material needs.

What is the thickest metal you can cut?

At Bow Creek Metal, we employ a couple of different cutting venues. Our plasma cutter will cut material up to 1 inch thick. We can easily cut up to 6 inch thick material with our track torch. Please contact us for your specific material requirements.

Do you powder coat in house?

Bow Creek Metal maintains an industrial powder coating line right at the factory. We do not outsource the powder coating finish on your projects.

How big can you powder coat?

Bow Creek Metal has one of the largest industrial powder coating ovens in the Midwest. Our oven is 8' x 9' x 30'. With that size, we have the flexibility to handle powder coating finishes on small and very large projects. For specific size questions, please contact us.

What colors are available with your industrial powder coating finishing?

We offer a wide variety of industrial powder coating finishes, textures and colors. Samples of our colors are available at the office and we are happy to order additional colors from our suppliers at your request. Please contact us for additional charges for colors.

What artwork is acceptable for ornamental metal projects?

At Bow Creek Metal we can utilize several forms of artwork for the ornamental metal manufacturing. It is best if you have an image that you can email to Info@Bowcreek.biz. We can also utilize PDF files, CAD files, photographs and magazine clippings. If you have another form of artwork and would like an estimate for your custom ornamental project, please contact us.
